Soldiers of B Co., 1-46, help aid families, individuals in need in Columbus area

COLUMBUS, Ga. (March 8, 2018) – Soldiers of Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 46th Infantry Regiment, assisted staff members at the Muscogee County Salvation Army Thrift Store prepare clothing and related items March 2.

The clothing items are for the local families and residents facing short-term crises.

In addition to this new partnership with the Muscogee County Salvation Army Thrift Store, B Co. also partners with Midland Middle School in Columbus, Georgia, as part of the Partners in Education program.

The mission of 1st Bn., 46th Inf. Regt., is to provide the Army with confident, disciplined, motivated, physically and mentally fit Soldiers who demonstrate the Warrior Ethos, embody the Army Values and are prepared for Advanced Individual Training.
