Eighty-three men and women representing military and law enforcement organizations of 13 nations graduated four Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation courses Aug. 25.

The United Nations Peacekeeping Operations Course, the Civil Affairs Operations Course, the NCO Professional Development Course and the NCOPD-English Course had students from Barbados, Belize, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Dominica, the Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Mexico, St. Kitts, St. Vincent, and the U.S.
